Kayden Smith is from Scott, Louisiana. He attended Acadiana High School where he was an active
member in Beta, National Honor Society, and FFA all four years. In his time as an Acadiana FFA member,
he has competed in a wide variety of CDEs and LDEs. These include Dairy Cattle Evaluation, Poultry
Evaluation (placing tenth in the nation), Land Judging, Gulf of Mexico, Meats Evaluation (placing first in
the state), Parliamentary Procedure, and showed dairy calves for the past two years. He has also served
as Vice President and President for his chapter. Kayden plans to attend McNeese State University to
major in Agricultural Business and eventually become an ag teacher! Kayden Smith is proud to serve as
our 2022-2023 State FFA Vice President!
